Movement is about so much more than physical strength. It’s about creating space to breathe, reset, reconnect, and simply be.
Whether you walk through our doors for the workout, the energy, the community, or a moment for yourself — know that it matters.

We had a special visit from our newest mamas of HIIT Lab 🥰  Congratulations to Estee, Steph, Joy, Danielle, and Adrianne on your beautiful new additions! 🍼

These little babes were already part of the HIIT Lab fam before they even entered the world — feeling every squat, sprint, pulse, and push right alongside mama. Now it’s so special to finally have them experience the energy of our space outside the womb 💪🩷 We’re so proud of you strong mamas and so excited to watch your families grow.

⛰️Meet Tristan🏃🏽‍♂️💨
Regular human 👉🏼Relieved to run at 0.0 incline.

He’s up when most of us are still asleep — often getting in a warm-up run before stepping foot in the studio. So at 5am, Tristan does seem intimidatingly superhuman but if you get a chance to chat with him, you’ll learn he’s one of the nicest humans around. A man of few words, his actions speak volumes. More than the monster inclines, it’s his consistency that is most impressive. Thanks for continuing to show up again and again!  The rest of us may not win Base to Space (okayyy, none of us will😆) but we can all keep showing up 🚀

Think you’ve got the mobility, stability, and strength to deadlift a friend? Here’s your challenge:

1️⃣Start with a wider stance so your partner can assume a bow position between your feet 2️⃣Send your hips back to create the hinge 3️⃣Inhale to prepare 4️⃣Exhale as you pick up your partner while grasping their forearm-stand tall and squeeze your 🍑
