Class Schedules

Our classes in both the Central District and West Seattle are 50 minutes of sweat, tunes and fun. This includes a dynamic warm-up to get your body ready and a relaxing cooldown stretch at the end.

For your first visit, be sure to arrive at least 10 mins before class begins. There's a quick intake form and you'll get a lay of the land so you can get acclimated to your new surroundings.

Don't be tardy to the party! Even if you're a wily vet, remember to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class to get the right equipment and claim your favorite spot.

While we welcome walk-ins, we recommend booking all classes in advance online. This guarantees you will have a spot in the class. Click below to book the class time of your choice. You can also email us to book a class if you are having any issues reserving your class.
