He’s up when most of us are still asleep — often getting in a warm-up run before stepping foot in the studio. So at 5am, Tristan does seem intimidatingly superhuman but if you get a chance to chat with him, you’ll learn he’s one of the nicest humans around. A man of few words, his actions speak volumes. More than the monster inclines, it’s his consistency that is most impressive. Thanks for continuing to show up again and again! The rest of us may not win Base to Space (okayyy, none of us will😆) but we can all keep showing up 🚀

Mobility Monday is BACK by popular demand-and specifically for this challenge sent in by many of you 👯‍♀️

Think you’ve got the mobility, stability, and strength to deadlift a friend? Here’s your challenge:

1️⃣Start with a wider stance so your partner can assume a bow position between your feet 2️⃣Send your hips back to create the hinge 3️⃣Inhale to prepare 4️⃣Exhale as you pick up your partner while grasping their forearm-stand tall and squeeze your 🍑

We’ve loved watching so many little feet pitter-patter through our studio doors, and it’s been such a joy to see our community grow right alongside your growing families. From bump to baby, through every season of motherhood, we’re so honored to be a small part of your journey.

Thank you for continuing to show up for yourselves while caring for your tiny humans, fur babies or someone who may look to you as a mother— your strength, love, and dedication inspire us every day. Wishing you all a beautiful Mother’s Day. You deserve to be celebrated today and always ✨

Donations dropped @whitecenterfoodbank 🥫If you’ve never been, it’s an incredible facility that serves so. many. people. They also have a donor wall and it was amazing to see the names of so many HIIT LAB members — past and present — who helped make this gorgeous building a reality.

Our community is about so much more than working out together under the blue lights. It’s about showing up for each other, lifting up our neighbors, and making an impact together. We could not be more proud to serve alongside all of you.

Thank you for proving, once again, that this community shines far beyond the studio walls. 🫶

Stephanie is one of our dedicated 6AM crew—showing up before the sun with focus, grit, and unstoppable drive. Whether she’s crushing it on the bike, owning the tread, or moving serious weight, she’s always leveling up and lifting everyone around her right along with her.
