It’s that time again HIITLab! Have you met our firecracker 🎆Steph @justephhh ???!!! Steph has been with HIITLab for 6 months and you can find her (mostly) at our #westseattle studio Monday mornings at 5:00am & 6:00am. Whether it’s 5:00am or 5:00pm, Steph’s fierce energy always brings the 🔥 to our classes.

Game time 🎲🎮. Two truths and one lie.

1. She used to be on a double Dutch & jump rope team.
2. She was born in Italy.
3. She broke her nose falling off a trampoline.
